Frequently Questions Asked by Our Clients
No. We work on a "No Win - No Fee" basis, meaning that as long as compensation has not been paid by the airline, we are not paid anything by you. Our fees are detailed in the Pricing Policy.
Our service works in such a way that after opening a compensation claim on our website, which will require a few minutes of your time, all processing is done by us without any additional involvement on your part.
Absolutely yes. There is no problem in opening a compensation claim for another passenger when you fill in that passenger's details in the compensation claim form, with the passenger's consent or when you are authorized to do so on his/her behalf. The only thing left for that passenger to do is to sign the authorization forms that appear at the end of the claiming process.
Absolutely yes. Since a minor under the age of 18 cannot open an account on our website, there is no problem in opening a compensation claim for your minor child when you fill in your details as the minor's legal guardian as well as the minor's details. You will then sign the authorization forms that appear at the end of the claiming process on behalf of the minor.
The processing time depends on the airline we are contacting, the nature and complexity of the compensation claim, and may take between several weeks and several months.
The important documents that allow us to contact the airline, in addition to the authorization forms that you sign after completing the details on the claim process, are a photocopy of your passport and a photocopy of the flight ticket reservation, which contains the details of the flight that was disrupted as well as the airline booking reference (PNR / Reservation code).
Yes. If it turns out that the signature on the authorization forms is not as similar as possible to the signature sample that appears in your passport, we will not be able to contact the airline, and it is possible that if we contact the airline anyway, it will refuse to process the compensation claim due to a mismatch in the signatures.
It is also possible that it will become clear to us in retrospect that your flight does not qualify for compensation because there is a reason that exempts the airline from paying compensation for this flight.
You can find out the status of your compensation claim by logging into My Account and receiving an update on the status of the processing, which is displayed via a progress bar indicating the current and updated processing status of your claim.
If our claim for compensation from the airline is accepted and funds are transferred to us, we will contact you to provide us with your bank account details so that we can transfer the funds to you, minus our fee. Therefore, it is of very important that your email and mobile phone number are correct and up-to-date.
The funds that will be transferred to your bank account can be in euros or in the currency in which we received the compensation from the airline.
